Semtec Maritime is looking for 3 Electrical Engineers for employment in our
Thailand organisation.
Our Engineering
Department works with both new building projects and operational support.
You will be located in our new head office outside the Bangkok area, but depending of
the actual tasks it could be necessary to go to the building yards, world
wide suppliers and the offshore units.

Good in a teamwork but also able to be on your own
You know international standards within your area of expertise
The ideal candidate is either a young graduate engineer with minimum B.Sc.
Degree from a recognised university and with a good command of relevant
disciplines with in electrical engineering. Or a Senior Engineer preferably
with experience from oil and gas industry or shipbuilding, but similar
relevant experience could also be considered.
The task for the electrical engineers can be summarised as:
Design
Power system, high and low voltage
Protection systems
Short circuit calculation
Discrimination study
Lighting systems
Rotating machinery
Generators
Motors
Switchboards
Frequency drives
Cable systems
Explosion protected equipment
